* Correct form is essential for progress and healthy body. Without good exercise technique the risk for injuries increases and health and continuity of training might be jeopardized. Correct ranges of movement are needed for the body to function well for many years to come.
* Adherence is easily achieved when you enjoy the things you do. Finding the enjoyable ways to exercise is fundamentally important when you want to pursue a healthy lifestyle. Keeping an open mind and trying out different things is key to success here too, as in many other things in life!
